Every menu item is meticulously designed to ensure your nutritional intake perfectly matches your level of exertion. We supply an ideal balance of clean proteins, complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, and vegetables to keep your energy levels high.

As you ascend, high altitude can often trigger nausea and a loss of appetite. To combat this, our high-altitude meals are specially prepared with easily digestible, nutrient-dense carbohydrates and proteins that assist your digestive system and maintain your strength.

Every meal on the mountain is freshly prepared by our professional chefs. All fresh ingredients, cooking gear, and kitchen equipment are safely carried by our dedicated team of porters who travel with you throughout your expedition.

Our professional chefs use premium olive oil and high-quality vegetable oils exclusively to prepare your meals on the mountain. These oils are naturally low in saturated fats and rich in healthy, unsaturated fats. Minimizing your intake of saturated fats lowers cholesterol and supports optimal cardiovascular function, which is critical for high-altitude endurance.

While we provide extensive, nutrient-dense catering, we highly recommend that you bring some of your own favorite trail snacks, especially for your final summit push. Packing supplemental comfort foods—such as candy, gum, chocolate, health bars, or powdered energy drink mixes—provides a quick, vital boost of simple sugars and mental stamina when appetite fades at extreme elevations.

We seamlessly accommodate vegetarian and vegan dietary preferences. If you have any specific allergies or medical dietary restrictions, please contact us prior to your departure to discuss how our culinary team can tailor your meals to ensure a safe and memorable journey.

💧 MOUNTAIN DRINKING WATER PROTOCOLS
The drinking water supplied throughout your expedition is collected directly from pristine mountain streams. To guarantee absolute safety, our team filters the water and treats it with Water Guard purification tablets before serving.

Because fresh water can only be prepared and distributed at the designated campsites, you must carry enough water—typically 3 liters or more per day—in your daypack to remain properly hydrated while trekking between camps.
